"The quarter villas within this area always prove to be popular and you can see why, they are solid properties and well situated for local schooling, local shopping, amenities and transport links. Whether its a first time buy or downsizing these properties are in a price bracket that genuinely offer good value for your money. This upper quarter villa has a large driveway to the side of the property which provides sought after off street parking. The property requires an element of upgrading which is essentially that blank canvass we always talk about but when you have the location and the right property it is well worth your investment. The accommodation on offer within consists of entrance vestibule and stairwell to the reception hallway which has in built cupboard storage. The lounge is set to the front and enjoys some pleasant aspects up towards the hills on the south side of Greenock. The kitchen like all these properties is 'L' shaped with a double window formation to front and side making this a nice bright room, there are floor and wall mounted storage units. The two good sized bedrooms are set to the rear of the property and have a surprisingly private out look over open ground with no neighbouring properties looking directly upon you. There are also some pleasant aspects up to the hills. The bathroom has a white three piece suite with over bath wall mounted shower. The rear garden consists of a timber shed and decorative pebbled display area and large driveway. The property has double glazing and gas heating. Reasons to view............. The location is good, they are sturdy houses and well worth your investment, yes it needs upgrading but this is reflected in the price and they sell well in this vicinity. The driveway is a real bonus if on street parking isn't a box ticker. This area is well served by public transport and is in close proximity to schooling and local shopping. Its a good buy, we like this area and it always proves popular with purchasers which sends out its own message if a long term investment is what you are looking for. EER: E
