"This upper quarter villa really is a mould breaker for this style of property as it has been extended providing generously proportioned accommodation over 2 levels. This home sits upon a popular residential south side location and in proximity to local shopping and amenities at 'Barrs Cottage', there are also excellent road links. Having recently sold many of these properties in this area we know this is something completely different which is certain to create a high degree of interest as it literally has everything that previous purchasers have been looking for. The accommodation on offer within consists of entrance stairwell leading to reception hallway with storage cupboard. The lounge is set to the front and the feature double window formation allows for plenty of natural light with aspects up to the surrounding hillside and over the estate whilst still maintaining a degree of privacy. The kitchen is to the front and has ample fitted floor and wall mounted storage units in light grey finish and set upon grey granite effect work surfaces with white 'brick shape' ceramic wall tiled splash back. Integrated units include a 4 ring gas hob, electric oven and extractor hood. There are 4 bedrooms with bedrooms 1 and 2 on the lower level and to the rear with a private outlook over the garden and and communal social space. This level is complete with the shower room which has a white 2 piece suite with double shower cubicle with wall mounted electric shower finished in ceramic wall tiles. There is a shared mono-block driveway to the side leading to a private concrete parking area at the rear which includes an area of lawn with timber shed storage. The property has gas central heating and double glazing. Reasons to view................ We have tried describing it but you really need to see it, and we have to say this home works very well and has been carefully considered by the vendor. So we effectively have a 4 bed family home in a very popular area and within the catchment for Notre Dam High and all for a realistic price tag.................. EER: D
