"This lower quarter villa sits within a highly popular residential housing estate to the south of Greenock and is in close proximity to quality primary and secondary schooling as well as local shopping in the Barrs Cottage area. The property requires a degree of modernisation within however it has a recently installed fitted kitchen so its really just aesthetics all round! These quarter villas always prove to be popular and this one will be no exception as it not only offers a great opportunity but real value for money as-well.
