"This semi detached villa occupies a prime residential location just off the Barrs Cottage area of central Greenock so its close to local shopping, amenities, schooling and transport links. There is deceptively spacious accommodation within including a large floored loft space with velux windows which offers further flexibility depending upon your needs. The front of the property is accessed through a 'lean to' extension and into entrance vestibule with large under stair storage. The lounge runs from the front to the rear and has a double window formation to each aspect. Its a good sized room with a central gas fire set within a black granite insert and hearth within attractive wooden surround. The kitchen is set to the rear overlooking the garden grounds and has ample fitted floor and wall mounted units set upon light gray granite work surfaces with ceramic tiled splash back. There are integrated units in the from of 4 ring gas hob and electric oven. The lower level is complete with a shower room with two piece suite with vanity unit and wall mounted electric shower. The upper level has three good sized bedrooms with bedrooms 1 and 2 set to the rear and bedroom 3 set to the front. The floored loft has access from bedroom 2 and has two velux windows making this a nice bright area which provides a high degree of flexibility as to its usage. The rear garden is laid mainly to lawn with mature shrubbery and hedging. The front garden is laid mainly to lawn with mature shrubbery and tarmac pathway. The property has double glazing and electric heating although there is a gas fire in the lounge and a gas hob in the kitchen. Reasons to view....................... Its a good quality home set within a good area, it requires a degree of modernisation however this is reflected within the asking price. This property has loads of potential within and large rear garden grounds as well as that floored loft space with easy access.
