Take the right filter lane at the next set of traffic lights onto Auchmead Road, followed by first left onto Burns Road. Continue up and follow the road round to the right, eventually turning left onto Berwick Road. Continue along Berwick Road as this merges into Banff Road, thereafter turning right onto Caithness Road where the property is located some way along on the left hand side."
