Bordering the village of Saltwood a quintessential Kentish village situated approximately a mile inland from the coastal market town of Hythe on the edge of the Romney Marsh. It is a thriving village centred on a village green with a popular public house, village hall, a general stores and a village restaurant Saltwood on the Green. Nearby Hythe overlooks a long stretch of beach and on a clear day France can be seen. High speed transport links to London St. Pancras are via Sandling and Folkestone West train stations. The M20 motorway provides links to the remainder of Kent and Eurotunnel in Cheriton offers connections to France and the Continent.
