Although in need of modernisation and upgrading, this family home appreciates double glazing and a good sized rear garden. The fireplace in the lounge ensures a pleasing focal point whilst all three bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a useful shower room on the first floor. The driveway leading to the detached garage caters for ample off road parking.
It should be noted that this property is of non-traditional (Swedish Timber) construction. LOCATION The property is pleasantly situated in the popular Dalneigh residential area on the west side of the river and within a short walk of the city centre and all its facilities.
