"4 Newlands Road is an executive two bedroom ground floor apartment, set within a new development at the north end of the village which was built around 2007 and is sold in excellent condition. The apartment enjoys excellent views to the Cairngorm Mountains and Craigellachie Nature Reserve and is one of the larger designs offering great floor space.
