"The lounge is a lovely bright room with a double window to the front of the house. It provides access to the kitchen, through a toughened glass door, and the stairway to the first floor. The modern kitchen is fitted with an integral fridge freezer, gas hob with a glass base, electric oven and a space for a washing machine. Quality worktops, a stainless steel sink, and a metallic splash back, compliment the kitchen. A fantastic addition to the property is the shower room and toilet, which is fitted with a mains waterfall shower, wet wall and vinyl flooring. This is accessed via the kitchen. A larder provides additional storage. There is access to the rear garden.

The first floor accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, and a family bathroom with mains shower over the bath. Bedroom one provides a built in cupboard.
