"Overview
Traditional but thoroughly modernised stone-fronted semi-detached house set in the heart of a quiet, Peak District village location. The house is set back from the road with gardens to front and rear. The house comprises sitting room with log-burner. A large kitchen with dining area and utility room to the rear has stone floors throughout. A small pantry space leads off from the utility room.

To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and full-sized bath. The loft has been converted, with a lowered ceiling, to create a large third bedroom that has new Velux windows fitted. The house is maintained to a high standard and presents well throughout, retaining much of the original charm and character, including high ceilings and coving. The property also benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.

This is a popular village location with lots of fantastic countryside on your doorstep but with great access to Sheffield and Manchester via regular trains from the station - which is just 1 min walk away. Local schools score highly and children's playground / sports fields are just across the road. Viewing is advised to fully appreciate this great home. There is no off-road parking with the property. There is a street (Station Rd) immediately adjacent to the house and plenty of spaces to the side and rear of the Chiney Club opposite the house. There is no residents' parking scheme.
