Located within CHELLS MANOR which offers a selection of local shops and businesses, whilst more comprehensive amenities can be found in the town centre or old town. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.

The Seller s view "It s a QUIET turning, I will miss my neighbours for sure. My porch provides access to a spacious living room providing plenty of space for my sofa and large dining table. The kitchen and bathroom was renovated only a couple of years back and fitted with all the latest mod cons. A useful downstairs loo is convenient when hosting and prevents guests from needing to go upstairs. All windows and doors were replaced two years back, meaning very little expense required for the new homeowner. Externally my garden is a great space for relaxing and entertaining, it is very private. Both the front and back gardens are very low maintenance, especially due to the artificial grass. Access through to my garage with a remote control garage door is useful when I approach the house, convenient for gardening tools and my golf clubs, whilst also having peace of mind they re secure. My driveway directly outside is so convenient when bringing in shopping and when the weather is bad."

Ricky s view Whether you are a first time buyer, investment buyer or someone looking to downsize, this home may be the one for you. Located within a CUL DE SAC provides no through traffic and is safe for kids to play out the front. I have to say the house is IMMACULATE, the homeowner really does look after his home. In addition to the sellers points and upstairs, both bedrooms comfortably house double beds with ample storage too in the form of built in wardrobes. The bathroom off the landing is modern and fully tiled, which should help prevent damp mould, comprises of a three piece suite with a shower over the bath and heated towel radiator. For dog walkers or runners the park, fields ands woods are only short distance away. Local shops are a short walk away too, you will find a convenient store, couple of takeaway restaurants, pharmacy, as well as the doctors surgery. Sainsbury is just a short drive away too, whilst more comprehensive shops can be found in the old town or town centre.
