The Sellers View "Our home has been amazing for entertaining, the spacious living room offers plenty of room for gatherings, and we often extend into the conservatory for larger get togethers. During the summer, the French doors open seamlessly onto the garden, making it ideal for BBQs and outdoor socialising. A recently REFITTED KITCHEN is the heart of the home and requires no renovation. It s been a joy to prepare meals here while keeping an eye on the kids playing in the garden a real blessing over the years. Most of the downstairs features laminate flooring, which is easy to clean and great for anyone with allergies. The hallway provides access to a convenient downstairs toilet, perfect when guests are over, as well as a large home office. This space is versatile and could be ideal for anyone who sees clients at home or needs a professional workspace. Evening walks in Serpentine Park during the summer are something we ll truly miss. I can truly say our house, along with the peaceful CUL DE SAC location, has been a fantastic place to raise our family. The road is very quiet, and the friendly neighbours create a great community where everyone looks out for each other. The driveway comfortably fits two cars, with the option to extend if needed. Additionally, the internal garage provides valuable extra space for storage or potential conversion."

Ricky s Perspective The local community center and shops are just a short walk away, offering a convenience store, veterinary clinic, pharmacy, barbershop, and several takeaway restaurants. Round Diamond is one of three outstanding primary schools in the area, making this a highly desirable location for families. Busy Bees Nursery is conveniently located just across the road. The bus stop at the bottom of the road provides direct routes to the Town Centre, with its variety of shops and department stores, as well as to Old Town, known for its charming boutique shops, bars, and restaurants. The train station, located nearby, offers Thameslink and LNER services, providing a quick 16 minute connection to London.
