"On entering through the stained glass door into the entrance hall of this period, detached, High Street property you are instantly hit with its character, charm and wealth of period features. There's the dining room, with its open fire, sash windows and stripped wooden floor, these features continue into the living room and a second reception room which subsequently opens into the modern fully fitted kitchen with all the requisite appliances and central island. There is also access to the basement (a separate cellar can be accessed externally, both have excellent head clearance. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor. Three bright, double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms are located on the first floor and they are complemented by a family bathroom with a lovely roll top bath. A flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which was being used as a self contained apartment with its double bedroom, Kitchen/living room and enormous luxury bathroom. Externally there is a small garden and a larger patio area, side electric gated access with parking and a separate attached garage (which does have walking right of way for the cottage next door).
