Description

From the wide entrance porch double doors lead to an impressive gallery reception hall. Here there is a cloakroom with Valentyn pre wash and basin cupboard and low level WC.

Double doors from the hall open to a delightful drawing room with impressive marble fireplace. To the front of the house is a cosy snug TV room and then a hallway leads through to the dining room, again with a most impressive marble fireplace. The kitchen breakfast room is to the rear of the property, fitted with an excellent range of wall and floor units cupboards, integrated Neff oven and six ring gas hob, further oven and integrated microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. There is a impressive gas fire with cast iron hood in a decorative brick surround which is a excellent feature of this room and there is a utility room fitted with plumbing for a washing machine, space for tumble dryer, good range of wall and floor cupboard units and single drainer sink unit.
