Council Tax - Band B North Herts District Council OWNER OPINION I purchased the property with a friend in 2005 and it was ideal for us as first time buyers. We were close to town and the train station as well as good motor links to the A1M and M1. The two double bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal. Now I live here with my partner and our 2 years old son. Hitchin is a beautiful market town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and things to do. If it wasn't due to the fact we are looking to have a second child, coupled with opening an office in Cambridge, we wouldn't be moving. Please note that these are draft details and we are awaiting approval by the vendor."
