    Orchard Croft sits centrally within its attractively landscaped gardens. It is a particularly peaceful location being set just off a cul-de-sac lane, within the popular village of Brimfield. Only about 5 miles south is the historic medieval market town of Ludlow.

    The bungalow has been extended and well maintained by the present occupier. Spacious reception hall has two cloaks cupboards and a separate airing cupboard. The well proportioned sitting room has a wide bay window overlooking the front garden and a second side window which also look across the garden. A focal point is the fireplace with an oak surround housing a wood burning stove set on a flag stone hearth. The kitchen/dining room has ample base and wall units. There is a built in electric double oven, ceramic hob and an extractor hood above. There is a window overlooking the garden and a further window looking into the garden room. There is planned space for a refrigerator.

    The superb garden room was added by the present owner and makes a delightful area within which to sit particularly in summer months to take advantage of the garden. This is a light and airy room, with the ceiling rising into the apex of the roof. There are three skylights and as well as a door at the front, there are by-folding glazed doors at the rear which lead out onto the terrace. From the garden room there is access into the utility room, which has space and plumbing for an automatic washing machine, space for a freezer and also has a wc and heated towel rail.

Take the next left into Hayfield Lane and the bungalow is accessed from the lane over a shared drive just past a black and white thatched cottage on the left.
