"In beautiful countryside on the borders of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire, the elegant Hall House was built in the 1980s in a picturesque Tudor style.

It stands in a country lane about four miles North West of Tenbury Wells and just over seven miles South East of Ludlow and overlooks adjoining surrounding countryside.

The accommodation has been designed for relatively easy management. It has oil fired central heating and double glazing. Notable features include the splendid reception hall with its large inglenook fireplace and stove. Fitted wardrobes are in the principal bedroom suite as well as in two of the other bedrooms.

In addition to the three reception rooms, one of which has a wood burning stove, there is a splendid large conservatory ideal for leisurely relaxation overlooking gardens and countryside.

Particular attention is drawn to the large built-on store/utility area of over 280sq feet. There is also a separate workshop with stairway access to an extensive attic area which has potential for additional accommodation if required as well as more extensive storage space.

There is a detached garage block in the grounds which has a double car port and lock up garage. The level gardens are a particularly delightful feature. The gravelled driveway and parking area provide plenty of vehicle space. Beyond this are lawns with a stream passing through to an ornamental pool.

A wonderful opportunity to enjoy this particularly appealing country residence.
