LOCATION This traditional semi-detached property is set in the pleasant rural north Herefordshire village of Monkland which benefits from The Monkland Arms Pub, village church and hall with the market town of Leominster just a few miles away. The town itself has an excellent range of amenities, including traditional High Street shops, a number of Supermarkets, both Primary and Secondary School, Leisure Facilities including Swimming Pool, Doctors, Dentists and both Bus and Railway Station. The Cathedral City of Hereford is located approximately 14 miles to the south where a more comprehensive range of amenities can be found.
