"A picturesque three bedroom cottage located in one of the most popular villages in Herefordshire which has been much improved and maintained by the current owners of over 30 years. An internal inspection is essential to fully appreciate all that this property offers. SOLD WITH NO ONWARD CHAIN.

Introduction Available for the first time in over 30 years is this delightful grade II listed 'black & white' cottage situated on a quiet lane just off the centre of the village. The property has been improved and maintained over the last 30 years by the current owners and the accommodation is very flexible. This includes three reception rooms, kitchen/dining room, rear lobby, three bedrooms and first floor bathroom. Retaining many period features including brick fire breast, beams and exposed oak framing. There is off road parking for two cars and a surprisingly large garden to the rear which backs on to the village playing fields. This is a lovely property and must be viewed to fully appreciate.
