A spacious and detached park home occupying a pleasant position on the popular and small Northside Park which is a retirement development for home owners aged 50 years and over.
The property is LPG gas fired centrally heated, double glazed and is offered for sale with no on going change and early vacant possession.
Hope-Under-Dinmore has a nearby petrol filling station with an adjoining shop, a village church and a regular bus service at the entrance to the park between Shrewsbury, Leominster and Hereford.
