From Leominster head west on the A44 for Rhayader and after 1 mile turn left to stay on the A44. Proceed on this road for 2.7 miles and after passing through Monkland turn left at the next crossroads onto the A4110 sign posted Hereford. After 1.8 miles and immediately after passing a right hand turn for Weobley turn left onto a farm drive as indicated by a Nick Champion arrow. Follow the drive bearing right at the fork and Orchard House will be identified by a Nick Champion ‘For Rent’ board.
