Off the entrance hall there are two groundfloor bedrooms, a shower room with space for applicances, a newly fitted bathroom having corner bath, w/c and basin (with scope to be made into a wet room) a large sitting room with doors opening onto a large conservatory. On the first floor there is a master suite having a useful dressing area, under eaves storage space and an en-suite bathroom. There is level off road parking to the front and gardens which are easy to maintain to the rear all of which are fenced and private.

Situation Mill Close is tucked away off Station Road which is a main road through the village of Credenhill. Within a short walk of the property are a cluster of shops including convenience store with post office. There are also bus stops and a village hall with playing fields.
