"This lovely three bedroom house is located in a small development of executive homes. The living room is very light and airy and it opens directly into a conservatory. These rooms provide two excellent reception rooms.

The kitchen is extremely well fitted with Neff integrated appliances including a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The majority of the ground floor has high quality oak flooring and there is underfloor heating in the conservatory. There is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs the master bedroom is a good size with double built wardrobes. There are two further bedrooms - both singles. The bathroom is attractively tiled and has a white suite including bath, with shower over, WC and handbasin.

The rear garden can be accessed from the double conservatory doors and also a side garden gate. There is an area of patio, a small lawn and it is particularly secluded, bordered by mature trees, and a small stream just beyond the boundary.

At the front of the property it is blocked paved allowing parking for two cars, an allocated parking space and additional visitors spaces.
