"This property is a Victorian build family semi detached house which has plenty to offer and kept to a good standard and also had a two story extension built at rear. Downstairs, is a large lounge which is carpeted and a log burner for those cosy evenings. The dining room has a beautiful fireplace and wooden flooring which has an archway leading to the kitchen has been extended and is all fully fitted units and a large French doors which open up to the rear garden. Downstairs also includes a wet room. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are large double bedrooms with wardrobes and a custom single bunk bed with custom built in desk space. The family bathroom is all fully fitted and includes under floor heating and tiled walls. On the second floor, the loft has been converted to another two large double bedrooms and another family bathroom with eave storage added. Outside, the rear garden is a fantastic 150ft west facing garden which is mostly laid to lawn, patio and gravel space which is perfect for children and those social events for friends and family. There is a workshop which includes power & lighting. At the bottom of the garden there has been foundations placed for building such as office or even an annex. The garden is highly secluded and with the woodlands next to it, makes it tranquil and private. At the front there is off road parking for multiple vehicles with gated entrance.
