""Brilliant" enters the mind, as I looked around this 4 bedroom family home, I would never have believed that 10 years ago this house was a development and built by Charles Church one of the leading developers in the country today, it offers everything a family could ask for, a dining room that you don't feel enclosed in, a kitchen/breakfast area suitable for all occasions even if you just want to sit and have a coffee, it offers the space and versatile living needed for everyday life. The south facing garden which has been landscaped to the highest specification, to the downstairs cloakroom, the master bedroom offers en-suite and a further 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom.

The south facing garden is well maintained, the novice gardener would appreciate what has been created from grass to an area for entertaining, coupled with the imported Jacuzzi from America, clearly any modifications and internal decorations have been fitted to the highest standards, don't panic there is still grass to the front with an enclosed hedge to allow the property to maintain it's privacy, and the integrated double garage with power and lighting has ample parking to the front, the owner will also be leaving the office/ cabin fully functional with power, lighting and internet connection, which could easily be kept as an office.

We were very excited to buy this property from new as it offered everything we needed to turn it into a beautiful home, although we have made some wonderful changes to the inside, the attention to detail has been taken into consideration, there is no point in spending less and over time this just fails, we wanted to make sure this home was perfect for having friends over whether it was for a barbecue or just cooling down in the 'Jacuzzi.

Working from home most of the time I needed to make sure that my home was an environment we are comfortable with, the country living is our passion so sadly after 10 years it is now time to move on
