"This Grade II listed cottage stands at the head of Kent Road, adjacent to Southsea Common and the seafront. Steeped in history the charming three bedroom town house has accommodation spread over three floors plus a cellar below. The floors are linked by a tight spiralling staircase which would not be suitable for those with reduced mobility but adds plenty of interest to the characterful property.
