"Essentially this is a great family home with a fabulous modern open plan kitchen/diner with double doors opening out straight onto a nice sized rear garden. Using this part of the home as the hub of the house, there is plenty of space to entertain or just for the family to get together on a daily basis. For a more quiet time of the day the separate front reception room is perfect to snuggle down for time to catch up in front of the TV or for family get-togethers.

This home has three bedrooms and a well sized family bathroom which not only has the usual three piece suite but also a separate free standing shower cubicle. This room also keeps in with the rest of the house, in that it is modern and contemporary and well maintained.

This home has a good sized forecourt to the front of the house and a family sized garden to the rear and the additional bonus of having a double garage which is a rare occurrence in the city and I feel it adds great value to the home.
