"As you are driving down the mile long lane to Solent Breezes you really feel like you are going on holiday as you head towards the sea past fields of ponies. This chalet is one of only a handful that have year round occupancy rights. This chalet is centrally located opposite the entrance and on the top level so has commanding views across the Solent to Cowes. We spotted the Land Rover Ben Ainslee Racing team on a practice sail when visiting the property. There is always something new to see and many an hour can be whiled away just admiring the view. The current owner has made significant improvements to the property during her ownership including installing additional insulation, replacement UPVC double glazing, a new boiler in 2014 and refitting the kitchen & bathroom.
As you approach the chalet there is parking on the forecourt and a low fence and gate onto a small area with timber storage sheds and path leading down the side of the chalet. The UPVC entrance porch is a useful space for drying laundry or hanging coats etc before you step into the kitchen which has a range of shaker style cream units. An arch opens into the lively light bright living room with large picture window making the most of the views and enjoying a southerly aspect. The multi fuel burning stove will keep you cosy and warm if you don't want to put the central heating on and there is a door to the side to throw open in the summer. Off the inner hall are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has been extended making a generous room with lots of fitted storage. The second bedroom is a single but could take bunks and also has fitted storage. The bathroom has a white suite with bath and mixer shower.
During the summer months we imagine you will spend most of your time outdoors, whether relaxing on the south facing patio or making the most of the coastal walks.
