" This two bedroom semi-detached property offers good size accommodation and is located within the popular village of Waltham Chase. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a re-fitted kitchen with built-in appliances, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with under stairs storage cupboard, wood flooring and access to the rear garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a re-fitted family bathroom. Additional benefits include gas central heating and double glazing. Outside there is a front garden, enclosed rear garden and a garage with driveway providing off road parking.

The property is located within Waltham Chase which offers local amenities including a post office, thriving village hall, primary school, village stores and is situated close to the neighbouring historic town of Bishops Waltham. There are larger amenities in nearby Botley offering a mainline railway station with access to London Waterloo and Eastleigh. Hedge End also offers a range of superstores and motorway access to major cities such as Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth via the M27/M3.
