SELLER'S VIEW- As soon as I walked into the apartment I knew it was for me. Being perfectly located for local shops and access into the Town Centre but being slightly secluded from the real hustle and bustle of city life. Living by myself at the apartment I have felt a real sense of security being on the top floor and having an entry system and as a first time buy with two bedrooms I couldn't have found a better apartment. Since living at the home I have updated and modernised the property to suit my needs, adding double glazing throughout, replacing the water heater. adding refitted carpets and modernising the kitchen, the home really is ready for someone to move in straight away and I really hope they enjoy the property as much as I have.
