" Offered with no forward chain, this nearly new two double bedroom home provides spacious modern living and has been finished to a high standard throughout, including upgraded Amtico flooring to the ground floor. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac position in the popular Boorley Green development, on the outskirts of Botley. Turn left into Bushy Dene Road and continue round to the right, turning into the first cul-de-sac, where the property can be found towards the left hand side. "
