The accommodation comprises of lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen and bathroom, four bedrooms, gas radiator heating and double glazing. The lounge has a feature fireplace with French doors opening on the the rear garden and the dining room also has a feature fireplace with stripped wooden flooring. Externally there are front and rear gardens. The front garden has a pathway which leads to the front door and to the side of the property. The rear garden is laid mainly to lawn with flower and shrub borders.
