" A three bedroom mid terraced home offering spacious accommodation and conveniently located within the boundaries of Bishops Waltham. The property features an entrance hall with downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, lounge and dining area. The upstairs accommodation includes three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. Additional benefits include gas central heating and double glazing. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear and a garage in a block at the end of the cul-de-sac. 

INSIDE From the entrance hall there are stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the kitchen, cloakroom and lounge. The hall offers a useful storage cupboard and access to a cupboard housing the gas boiler. The cloakroom comprises a WC, wash hand basin and frosted double glazed window. The kitchen has a round sink unit with mixer tap, work surfaces, storage cupboards, space for a gas cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine and there is a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. The lounge has a double glazed window overlooking the front garden and a window to the side aspect. There is an archway leading through to the dining area which has a double glazed window and door to the rear garden.

DIRECTIONS From our office in Bishops Waltham head out along Lower Lane and at the end of the road turn left onto the Corhampton Road. Upon reaching the roundabout take the third exit onto Winchester and continue along this road taking the second turning on the right into Churchill Avenue. Take the first right into Cunningham Avenue where the property can be found on the right hand side as identified by our 'For Sale' board.
