" A well-proportioned four bedroom detached family home set within a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance of the village centre with its broad range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Bishops Waltham is also ideally situated close to neighbouring Botley with its mainline railway station, only half an hour away from Winchester, close to Southampton Airport and all main motorway access routes are also easily accessible.

The property is in good decorative order throughout with accommodation on the ground floor comprising an 18ft sitting room with open fire, separate dining room, 16ft kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom. Whilst on the first floor there are four bedrooms with an en-suite to the master and a family bathroom. Additional benefits include a garage, driveway providing off road parking and an attractive, part walled rear garden. 

INSIDE The house is approached via a pathway leading to a covered entrance porch from which a wooden front door then leads directly through to the entrance hall.
