INTRODUCTION

Exceptionally well appointed and set at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Bishops Waltham, this spacious two bedroom semi detached house has a driveway capable of accommodating multiple vehicles. LOCATION

Bishops Waltham is a pretty market town and offers a broad range of shops and amenities. The neighbouring village of Botley is also close by, which has a mainline railway station, with both the Cathedral City of Winchester and Southampton Airport also just under half an hour away and all main motorway access routes are also being within easy reach.

INSIDE

Externally a dropped kerb provides vehicular access to a tarmacked driveway which allows for off road parking for multiple vehicles. A gate provides access to the garden and a double glazed front door leads into the house. Extending from the rear of the property is a patio seating terrace which in turn leads to a well maintained lawn.
