Our View

Living abroad we bought the property in Elmsleigh Gardens for our son whilst studying at Southampton Highfield university. It has proved a fantastic area and the property having been renovated before he moved in was ready to take over straight away. It is now time for us to invest our money elsewhere however if the next buyer is looking for an investment or family home Elmsleigh Gardens will be perfect.

Coming along The Avenue in a northerly direction at the crossroads turn right onto Burgess Road ( A35), take the second left hand turn into Glen Eyre Road and first left into Elmsleigh Gardens, you will find the property indicated by a Your Move For Sale board.
