It is not one, but three independent forms of very significant accommodation offering a primary residence of nearly 4,800 square feet with two detached, totally independent and self sufficient modern cottages. Both of which afford two bedrooms, set out over two storeys and within their own private garden areas. The whole is set in an extremely desirable tucked away location off a quiet country lane within its own seven acre curtilage.

The properties were designed and constructed by the current owners approximately eight years ago and offer considerable space with very well proportioned rooms and all modern labour saving devices. They are contemporary in design and construction and are extremely versatile.
