"The property is located in Poulner which has excellent amenities including a Newsagents, Chemists, and Hairdresser along with the well regarded Junior School. The house is located near the Poulner Lakes which is a picturesque Nature Reserve and the boundary to the New Forest National Park is located nearby.
The house has been modernised by the present owners who have been the only resident since purchasing the property through Goadsby in 1985.
