"The property is located in Poulner which has excellent amenities including a Newsagents, Chemists, and Hairdresser along with the well regarded Junior School. The house is located near the Poulner Lakes which is a picturesque Nature Reserve and the boundary to the New Forest National Park is located nearby.

The house has been modernised by the present owners who have been the only resident since purchasing the property through Goadsby in 1985. The porch leads into the reception room which is large enough to accommodate both a 3 piece suite and dining furniture if required; a feature fireplace with stone surround and gas fire makes an attractive focal point for the room. The kitchen has a matching range of wall and floor units and the back door opens out onto the rear garden.
