It also offers beautiful walks around the Hightown lakes.

The property benefits from a corner plot, which is one of the largest plots on the development, and has parking for 3 cars and garage to the front and vehicle access to its rear garden for boat or caravan storage. The present owners have extended and completely refurbished the interior of the property. Investing in a new energy efficient boiler, pressurised hot water system and water softener with Amtico flooring in the Breakfast room, Lounge and Conservatory. A beautiful bespoke kitchen has been crafted with solid Maple wood doors stained a light red alder colour and finished with chrome handles, pan drawers, high quality integrated appliances including Bosch dishwasher, Liebherr fridge and Schock double sink with matching utility room with pull out larder. The property also benefits from bespoke ash cabinets, luxury spa bath and large shower/steam cabinet to provide a luxurious En Suite to the large Master Bedroom.

VENDORS COMMENTS
"We bought the property because we love living in Hightown and the house had great potential. The corner plot provides a fabulous garden area and gave us plenty of space to extend. We have extensively refurbished to really make it our own. Designing the kitchen and bathrooms to our demanding criteria was a challenge that we enjoyed and have been extremely pleased with the results...and the large luxury en suite is a dream come true! I like to think we have given the house a contemporary feel but still maintained a very 'family friendly' home.
We will miss the friendly atmosphere in the house, it has been a great place to entertain a large number of friends all at once and has been a fantastic environment for our children.
We know we will be sorry to leave this house, and this neighbourhood."
