Additionally, the property benefits from UPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating throughout.ย  SITUATION Located in the area of Hightown, off Lakeview Drive, Merlin Close is an exclusive cul-de-sac close to the spectacular Hightown Lake offering Nature Walks through the New Forest and along the Castleman Trail. Gas fired central heating is provided by the gas fired boiler situated within the garage. UPVC double glazed leaded light windows are fitted throughout the property.ย  EXTERNALLY To the front, there is the advantage of being located on a corner position with a generous width plot allowing double width parking in front of the double garage and a good size front garden given privacy from a screened boundary. Double wooden gates allow access to the side patio/garden which could accommodate a caravan or boat. \r \rThe rear garden is a well thought design for easy maintainance benefitting from a lawned area and sun patio. The side and rear of the property offer wonderful seclusion with a high brick boundary wall and climbing plants to the periphery. \r \rDOUBLE GARAGE \r \rThe garage is accessed through either the personal door from the rear garden or there is a remote up and over door.
