"A good opportunity to purchase this well maintained three bedroom end of terrace cottage presented in good decorative order throughout and situated in a popular residential location. The accommodation briefly comprises part glazed front door to the entrance hall with understairs storage cupboard and pine door to the sitting room which has a sash window and electric log effect stove set in a brick fireplace and tiled hearth. The separate dining room also has a sash window and the kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards, working surfaces, glazed wall cabinets and there is a built-in electric double oven/grill, gas hob unit with extractor canopy above, built-in dishwasher and plumbing for a washing machine.
