"This well proportioned four bedroom detached family residence has been greatly extended and the accommodation briefly comprises, double glazed door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor landing with cupboard beneath, double glazed windows to two aspects and solid oak flooring. The shower room is fitted with a white suite comprising MiraSport shower unit, pedestal basin with mixer tap, low level wc and heated towel rail. The family room is accessed via oak double doors and has oak flooring and a further oak door to Bedroom 4 which has two built-in wardrobes with cupboards above, the sitting room has a large double glazed window to the rear and a double glazed casement door to the rear garden.
