"Fantastic springs to mind, as I walked around this family home, I really found it a treat to see a home like this that works in every room, the lounge/dining area is a great size, to pull out the dinning room table, open the doors to the garden and have a real good feeling for open space. Coupled with the kitchen area it makes life so easy, even the basics are right, with the cloakroom and the upstairs of the home it all flows very nicely.

The main bedroom is host to an en-suite, a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom, I can certainly see the full potential of this property for the next owners even if its putting a conservatory on the back of the property to take full advantage of the Mediterranean style south facing rear garden, I have seen this first hand in summer and I must say it is a pure delight, ok the weather has now turned in yet it still has that feel that is well worth seeing .

Another real advantage is the off road parking and garage to tuck the car away on the frosty mornings, the real icing on the cake is the location to town for those that enjoy a short riverside walk, also within walking distance is the residents exclusive leisure centre with swimming pool, squash courts and meeting room.

What the Owner says:

"Situated in Hanger Way, which is a peaceful enclave with no through traffic and a friendly community, our house and garden are easily managed and economic to run.

We are in walking distance of most of the local schools, the town and the station.

Our house has been a happy peaceful home, however the time has now come to move closer to our own family."
