"This four bedroom detached family home has been comprehensively updated and improved by the current owners and is offered for sale with no onward chain. The property has double glazed windows throughout, a gas heating system

(radiators) and a particular feature is the large double glazed conservatory with under floor heating. The accommodation comprises double glazed front door to the entrance porch with laminate flooring and door to the cloakroom which is fitted with a modern white suite comprising wash hand basin and low level wc. The sitting room has a double glazed semi circular bay window, balustrade staircase to the first floor landing, double glazed window to second aspect, laminate flooring and a coal effect gas fire set in a marble and wooden surround. Situation
Woodlark Gardens is a popular residential cul-de-sac located at the end of Durford Road and within a few hundred yards of playing fields. Petersfield town centre is about one mile away and has a comprehensive range of shopping facilities including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. There is a main line railway station providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and recreational facilities include The Heath, lake, 18 hole golf course, Taro Sports Centre and there are various clubs and societies. There are excellent schools in the vicinity including Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School.
