"A well proportioned four bedroom detached family residence situated in a popular location close to The Heath and lake and approximately one mile from the town centre. The accommodation briefly comprises, covered entrance porch with double glazed front door to a spacious entrance hall with balustrade staircase leading to the first floor galleried landing, cloakroom with re-fitted low level w.c and wash hand basin, spacious living room with open hearth fireplace set in a marble surround and double glazed sliding patio doors leading to a double glazed conservatory. There are two further reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room with a range of fitted units and built-in appliances and a utility room with plumbing for an automatic washing machine and door to the double garage. On the first floor there is a galleried landing with hatch to roof space via a retractable ladder, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with re-fitted white suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Pulens Lane is a highly regarded residential road located within about 100 yards of Petersfield Heath and is approximately one mile from the town centre. Petersfield has an excellent range of shops including the Rams Walk complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday.
