"FULL DESCRIPTION This attractive and extremely, well-presented three bedroom semi-detached house offers excellent family accommodation on the outskirts of Petersfield. There front door opens onto a hall leading to the comfortable sitting room and the large kitchen/breakfast room. The latter has a cooker with ceramic hob and gas oven, an extractor fan, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms upstairs; both double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom is a good sized single bedroom/study. The half tiled bathroom has a wc, sink and bath and power shower over the bath. Outside to the front there is off road parking and an area laid to lawn. The rear garden is laid to lawn.
