"FULL DESCRIPTION We are pleased to offer this delightful and spacious 4 Bed semi-detached 1930's property in the much sought after area of The Causeway in Petersfield.

The property which is set well back from the road consists of two large reception rooms, a newly fitted kitchen, rear lobby, downstairs W.C., a recently decorated bathroom, two large double bedrooms and two good sized single bedrooms. The property is fully double glazed.

The sitting room to the front of the property has a bay window and open fireplace. The dining room has patio doors which give out onto the garden at the rear.

The kitchen is currently being replaced with brand new contemporary and attractive units and will have a double oven, gas hob and integral dishwasher. There is space for a fridge and plumbing for a washing machine. In the rear lobby there is space for a full sized freezer or fridge/freezer.

The family bathroom is a delight with Hans-Grobe bath, shower and screen with Italian tiles fitted throughout.
