"An excellent opportunity to purchase this 1930's built three bedroom semi-detached family home which is offered for sale with no onward chain. The property has double glazed windows, cavity wall insulation and the accommodation comprises double glazed front door to the entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring and courtesy light, entrance hall with leaded light windows, balustrade staircase to the first floor with cupboard beneath and picture rails. The sitting room has a double glazed bay window and log effect gas fire set in a brick surround. The dining room has picture rails and double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden and the kitchen is fitted with a range of base units, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is plumbing for an automatic washing machine.
