"107 The Causeway is a well-presented detached family home situated in a convenient location. The house has been extended over the years by the current owners to provide well-proportioned rooms and a wonderful master bedroom on the second floor.

The accommodation consists of an entrance porch leading to the spacious hallway with stairs rising to the first floor. The generous kitchen/breakfast room has a useful larder cupboard and overlooks the rear garden. The delightful family/dining room enjoys views over the garden with Bi-fold doors out to the terrace. The sitting room has a log burning stove and bay window to the front. A cloakroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom five is currently arranged as a study. The master bedroom suite is situated on the second floor and enjoys fabulous views from each window towards the countryside. There is also a separate shower room on this floor.

Externally there is driveway parking to the front and side of the house, this leads to the garage with power and light. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with shrub borders , a variety of fruit trees, and greenhouse. A delightful terrace provides an ideal spot for alfresco dining. The market town of Petersfield has an excellent range of shops including the Rams Walk shopping complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield also has a main line railway station providing a service from Portsmouth to London Waterloo and recreational facilities include The Heath, lake, 18 hole golf course, Taro Sports Centre and there are various clubs and societies. There are excellent schools in the vicinity including Bedales School, Churcher's College and Ditcham Park School.
