"Conveniently located and being within easy reach of Woodside Gardens as well as the local shops and transport links, this detached family house has three double bedrooms, three reception rooms and a good sized rear garden. Having off road parking and a detached garage, the property is available with vacant possession and no forward chain.


THE GROUND FLOOR
The covered entrance porch with outside light and panelled glazed front door leads into the hall where there is a staircase to the first floor with a useful under stairs storage cupboard as well as a cloakroom. To the left of the hall, a door leads into the attractive dual aspect sitting room which has a feature Adam style fireplace fitted with a gas coal effect fire, and sliding doors giving access to the conservatory and in turn the garden. Back in the hall, the separate dining room enjoys a large bay window overlooking the front garden. Adjacent to this is the kitchen which is fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted oak front units incorporating a four ring gas hob with extractor above and electric oven beneath, resin one and a half bowl sink, integrated fridge and space for a separate fridge freezer, space plumbing for a dishwasher. THE FIRST FLOOR

There are three bedrooms; the main bedroom has a range of fitted storage as well as an en suite shower room. Bedrooms two and three are both double rooms with wardrobes and are serviced by the family bathroom which comprises a bath, WC and wash basin.

OUTSIDE
